Otunba  Adesiji Mate  -  Chairman

He is a Retired Auditor of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Lagos. He was a celebrated Auditor. His audit work took him round the States in Nigeria including Abuja. He was part of the group that directed and recommended FESTAC, Lagos  houses be sold to the public and also a member of the  abandoned properties committee in Rivers and Cross River State after the end of the Biafra war. He is a product of Yaba Technical School now Yaba College of Technology. He is a member of Board of Directors of various companies.
 

Mr. Kolade Oyegbesan  -  Non-Executive Director

He is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [FCA]. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in providing financial solutions to corporate institutions, 11 years of which have been in banks.  He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria [ACIT] and the Institute of Financial Consultants, Vancouver, Canada. He was the Financial Contoller, RADIX CAPITAL LTD, Lagos. He is currently the Group Treasurer of ABUJA ELECTRICITY DISTIBUTION COMPANY.

 

Mr. Afolabi Folayan, CIS, ACA  -  Non-Executive Director (Advisory)

He is an expert in Corporate Finance, Securities Trading, Lending and Treasury. He has worked with HLB Z. O. Ososanya & Co, a professional accounting firm (1994 to 1998), was a senior financial analyst at Procter & Gamble Nig. Ltd, (1999 to 2001) and an Executive Director with WSTC Financial Services Ltd, a leading investment Bank and Stockbroking House.

He was the immediate past Managing Director, Securities Africa Financial Ltd, previously Skye Stockbrockers Ltd. He is a member of the Audit Committee of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc (previously GTAssurance Plc) and has been involved in various Financial Advisory transactions including Privatization of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and Primary Market Issues.

He is currently the Deputy Managing Director of Spring Life Assurance Plc.

 

Professor Tayo Otubanjo  -  Director (Designate)

  • He is an Associate Professor and a Senior Lecturer at Lagos Business School, now Pan African University, Lagos, Nigeria.  He is a visiting Research fellow at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick (UK) and a Visiting Scholar at Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University (USA).
  • He worked for Centre Spread FCB Nigeria as Director for Brand Strategy & Account Planning.
  • Prof. Otubanjo has won several academic awards. He has published and edited books on various topics. He consults in the broad areas of Corporate Brand and Corporate Identity Management, Strategic Corporate Communications, Brand Strategy Development, Brand Leadership Management, Strategic Corporate Reputation Management and also Semiotic Deconstruction of Corporate Advertisements.
  • He is a Brand Strategist.
  • Professor Tayo Otubanjo will be joining the Board soon. 

 

Mr. Ade Buraimo  -  Group Managing Director

An experienced commercial and Investment Banker of over 25 years.
