Mr. George Imade - Executive Director, Investment Banking Division

Mr. Imade holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Managerial Psychology from the University of Benin and University of Ibadan respectively. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers (ACIS) and a registered Capital Market Operator with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has over 17 years’ hands-on experience in investment banking which includes debt and equity capital raising.

He was formerly the Managing Director of Wema Asset Management Limited, Macsterlos Consulting and Financial Services Limited. He worked in the Capital Markets Group of Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers), Investment Banking Group of Diamond Bank Plc and Oceanic Capital Company Limited.

He has handled a number of landmark capital markets, structured finance, and Advisory services transactions and has also worked in advisory capacity on state governments’ privatization activities including mandates from the Bureau of Public Enterprises, both locally and across the border. He was Associate Director and head Primary Equity Capital Markets of Planet Capital Limited.

He has attended a number of developmental courses within and outside the country including Euro Money Training on Securitization, Corporate Finance, amongst others.

Miss Doyin Coker - Executive Director, Private Banking [Abuja & Northern Nigeria]

Miss Coker holds a BSc. Economics, University of Calabar, and MSc. Digital Currencies, University of NICOSIA, Cyprus.

She has extensive experience in the banking sector covering Commercial, Retail and Private Banking.

Before her appointment, she worked with Access Bank Plc as an Assistant General Manager/Group Head Personal Banking Division.

She has attended various professional courses including the MMP at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Teniola Ekeopara - Senior Associate and Head, Global Wealth Management

Mrs. Ekeopara is a Senior Associate, Global Wealth Management of Alpha Morgan Group. She is a graduate of Business Economics & Statistics, double Honours from Middlesex University, London, United Kingdom. She is also an Alumna of Middlesex University and the London Institute of Banking & Finance (Formerly known as IFS School of Finance, Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), and IFS). She has attended various professional training programmes.

Before joining the Group, she worked with Access Bank Plc as a Relationship Officer both in Commercial and Business Banking Divisions for over 7 years. She also worked as a Wealth Manager with AIICO Capital Ltd and has almost a decade's worth of experience within the financial sector (Banking and Asset Management).

Mrs. Joy Olaye – Senior Associate and Head, Global Wealth Management [Abuja & Northern Nigeria]

Mrs. Olaye is a Senior Associate, Global Wealth Management of Alpha Morgan Group. She is a graduate of Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, Financial Planner from Center for Academic & Professional Development, Florida State University, Florida, USA.  She has attended various professional training programmes.

Before joining the Group, she worked with MIXTA Africa Plc, a real estate company and a subsidiary of Asset & Resource Management Company Limited, as a Regional Sales Lead, North for 1year and 4 months. ARM Investment Managers where she grew in ranks from an Account Manager to a Branch Sales Manager for over 12years. She also worked at Prodos Ltd, an Oil Serving Company, as a Business Development Executive for 3 years.

She has over a decade of experience in the field of Marketing, Financial Management, Interpersonal Relationship, Relationship Management, Leadership Skills, and Asset Management.

Mr. Abimbola Olanrewaju - Head, Treasury

He is presently an Associate and Head of Treasury in Alpha Morgan Group. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University.

He has almost a decade years of experience in Finance and Accounting Operations, Maintenance and Finalization of account, Managing Budgets, and cash flow in hospitality, academic and financial services industries.

He also has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).

He has through his passion for excellence and sincere desire to bequeath knowledge to everyone, led numerous young professionals to the height of their academic pursuit.

Mrs. Yimika Ogunlaja – Head, Private Banking

Mrs. Ogunlaja is an Associate in Global Wealth Management of Alpha Morgan Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Management & Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brunel University, West London, United Kingdom & Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria respectively. She has attended various professional training programmes.

Before joining the Group, she worked in AIICO Capital Limited as a Wealth Manager. In Keystone Bank (formerly Bank PHB Plc), she was a Relationship Manager in various branches in Lagos for over 8 years.

She has about a decade of experience in banking and wealth management experience, covering Commercial, Retail Banking, Asset Management, and Relationship Management.

Mr. Taofik Giwa – Chief Financial Officer

Taofik is a Senior Associate and Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Morgan Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin. He has 16 years of diverse experience covering financial reporting, financial control, budgeting, financial analysis in the hospitality, FMCG and financial services industries.

He holds a Business Accounting in Practice (BAP)SA professional certification with the South African Institute of Business Accountants, South Africa. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) 2012. Before his appointment, he worked with Pan African Capital Holdings as Head of Reporting, Tax and Regulatory matters.
